Leadership

Living Hope operates as a Pastor Led, Trustee supported, and Deacon served church. This simply means that the Pastoral Team has the responsibility to set the vision and direction of the church with oversight by our Trustees and support by our Deacons. Trustees and Deacons, therefore, are very important servant roles that require Spirit-filled and wise leadership from godly lay people within the Church who are fully involved and invested in the vision and ministry of Living Hope. The Trustee Body will have both men and women serving on it, while the Deacon Body will be comprised only of ordained men.
