I have been fighting for two years in court to get visitation with my son and in the midst of this a motion has been filed by the mom to take my son out of state now on top of me not having very much access to him in the last two years. Things seemed to be going my way when all of sudden I became homeless. That caused things to shift negativity for me in court. Well now things are going better for me and I'm almost back on my feet but the ball has already started rolling against me so now the damage is done. I don't look like a very good father in court now. My prayer request is to not have my son removed from Tennessee, but also for more time to get things fully together so I can show the court I can be a responsible father and that taking my son from me is not in the best interest of the child. I also would like a prayer that the mother Shawn and I could resolve our differences, communicate better and learn to co-parent as friends and not enemies and or mend our relationship all together, but my ultimate goal is to keep my son near me. Thank you.
