Matthew 25:31-34

31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate them one from another, just as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on the left. 34 Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

The glory of Jesus is the beauty of Jesus in all that He is. It is His goodness and character on display. It is His eternal attributes that never pass away. It is the essence of who He is display in His love, grace, justice, righteousness, mercy, through creation, in salvation, etc.

When Jesus returns we will see our conquering king in all His splendor and glory. The heaviness of His presence on that day will be felt and seen. Imagine standing face to face with your favorite tv star, NBA or NFL player, artist, etc. You may lose your breath, be nervous, excitement may flow through you, you may turn cartwheels in your heart. All of that pales in comparison to the glory, magnificence, splendor, and radiance of Jesus that will be on display when He comes in glory.
